The service reps come as scheduled and provide different services depending on the time of year and what my lawn needs. All year long I have a beautiful lawn. Thick and colorful. I always get a report on what was done. If I'm home I get to ask questions or the rep shows me any problem areas. I can always follow up online if I'm not at home.

I have contracted with true green for their bushes, shrubs and bed management. I had a severe problem with insect damage, mineral deficiencies, mold and And other problems . True green sent out one of their very best professionals and for the last two or three years my bushes and shrubs look wonderful. They are nurtured with fertilizer, disease control and all the other elements to keep them looking fresh and growing beautifully. True Green team does a great job of treating my lawn. They provide great feedback and tips to improve my lawn care as part of their services. There moss and weed treatment is especially good. They make it easy for me to maintain a nice green lawn.

I have been an annual package TruGreen customer since the company combined with Scott's Lawn Care. I have received the same excellent service as I did with Scott. Every application to my lawn has been completed professionally and to my satisfaction. On one occasion the application was redone at a later date because the weather had rendered the application ineffective. On the rare occasion, I only need make a phone call and the team will return to my home and do what ever is necessary to insure the job is done to their satisfaction. I would recommend this company to anyone who wants the landscape to be the best in the neighbourhood.

I was notified the day prior to the service which left me an option. The representative announced our arrival, completed the treatment, and advised me of what he did and his observations about issues I might want to address. My lawn areas look great.

First of all, I received a telephone call the day before, telling me that your Specialist would arrive the following day--weather permitting--to fertilize my trees and shrubs. Second, your Specialist, Steven Cade (#64979), did arrive the following day and performed the promised service, leaving a summary of his activities on my front door as I was not home at the time. Third, this isn't unusual; it's what I've come to expect from TruGreen.

We do not have a lawn, but we are pleased with the TRUGREEN tree and shrub service. It is nice that most of the time we have the same technician returning for the treatments.

My lawn basically died a few yrs back during a very dry summer while I was out of town attending to my father's passing. Trugreen came along side and guided me and provided treatments that revitalized the lawn to its previous resodded state.
